Cancellation Policy

    Your appointments are very important to us.   We reserve your appointments just for you and ask that if the need to cancel or reschedule any appointment arises, you please provide us with 48 hours’ notice.  This way, we can adjust our schedule accordingly and accommodate guests on our waiting list.  Of course, we understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency.

    •    Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge of $25

    •    Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice (including "No-Shows") will be charged 50% of scheduled service total. 

   Depending on the services requested, we may require a credit card on file before scheduling. Credit card information is stored securely in our system. The card will never be charged unless our Cancellation Policy has been violated. COVID Update: The card on file can be used for contactless checkout at your appointment if you so choose. 

   We may require a non-refundable deposit at booking. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse to schedule any appointment for any reason. 

   Our automated system is set up to send reminder texts and/or emails 3 days and 1 day before your appointment.  If you are not receiving these reminders and would like to, please let us know. These reminders are a courtesy to our clients, but it is your responsibility to remember your appointment.  You are always welcome to call and double check any appointments if you’re unsure.

Late Policy

   We will always do our best to accommodate you if you are running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. We ask that you plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time to allow room for the chaos that always seems to pop up. We certainly know that life can get in the way of best laid plans; however, your tardiness has a significant impact on our team by delaying them for other clients who arrive on schedule. Additionally, color is a chemical and chemical processes simply cannot be rushed.

   If you are 15 minutes late, we will do our best to provide the best service in the time allotted, but please be aware that we may not be able to complete all scheduled services. We reserve the right to cancel the appointment if there isn’t enough time to provide the service. Please note that any services or appointments cancelled due to client tardiness will be subject to our same day cancellation policy.

Children & Pets

   For the safety of our clients, their children, their pets, and our staff, children and pets may not accompany a client receiving services. Please be sure to make arrangements for your children and pets to be cared for while you enjoy your salon experience. We are happy to make an exception for service animals.

Guarantee of Services

   We always want you to be absolutely thrilled with the services you receive.  It is for this reason that we always do a consultation prior to services and a blow out at the end to see the color and fall of your hair when it is dry before you leave. If you are not 100% satisfied, we ask that you contact us within 3 days of your appointment so that we can correct any issues.  Any concerns reported longer than 3 days from the original appointment date will not immediately be considered a redo but will be assessed on a case by case basis. Any services completed after the appointment and not by our staff voids this guarantee.

Guarantee of Product

   We want you to be satisfied with your hair. Not only does the include salon services, it also includes product.  We will gladly accept returns for store credit on any products within 15 days from purchase, providing no more than a third of the product has been used.

Electronic Devices

   We get it. No one goes anywhere without their phone/tablet/laptop/etc. We want you to feel connected, be able to multitask, or play that addicting game while your hair color processes. What we don't want is to create a loud or distracting environment. Please place your cell phone and other devices on silent when you arrive. We ask that you not use speakerphone as it's very disruptive to other guests. If you are watching a video or playing a game, please use headphones. We also reserve the right to ask you to put away any device that is disruptive or gets in the way of our staff being able to make the best hair possible. 

Photography & Social Media

We ask your permission before taking your picture. All pictures taken by our stylists belong to the salon and may be used by the salon. We use such images on our website, social media outlets, education and classes, etc. Photos shared with us via email or social media may also be used for these purposes.
